Thank you for returning your signed copy of the Voyages contract and deposit payment for your event in July 2025. I have attached a receipt for your deposit of $69,445.72 for Voyages Ayers Rock Resort.
At this point your file will be handed over to the Conference & Events Department at Voyages Ayers Rock Resort as they will now manage your group’s day-to-day requirements. A copy of all key correspondence to date including the signed contract has been forwarded to the department at Ayers Rock Resort for their files.
We will arrange a time to introduce you to your assigned event manager via MS teams. Please advise a day and time this week that is suitable to you, and we will confirm back shortly, however in the meantime, please see the events team direct contact details listed below. Your contact will be responsible to then begin discussions on the finer details (i.e. confirm final menus and timings) for your event.

Rooming List:
I have customised and attached a rooming list for you to use to capture your accommodation requirements. This template includes all the information we require to book your group rooms.
The final rooming list is due 30 days prior to your group arrival date. The rooming list is entered by our Group Reservations Department, located at our head office in Sydney.
A representative from the groups department will send an email to request a copy of your rooming list and will be your point of contact for all accommodation related requirements. In the meantime, if you have any accommodation queries, please contact them on:

Touring and activities:
At this point your touring and activities are booked and contracted. Please advise your Event Manager from the resort of any changes to your booking/s.
Please note that: Ayers Rock Resort is cashless. All hotels, dining locations, and most outlets in Town Square are only accepting card payments. The IGA Supermarket and Shell Service Station are still accepting cash but these are the only exception. Please note, a 0.9% surcharge will apply to all credit card payments. No payment surcharge will apply to debit card payments
